Year 4 Tudor Day

Today, Year 4 immersed themselves in a Tudor day and it was wonderful to see so many fantastic costumes. The children had a really interesting and informative digital workshop with Poole Museum whereby they learned about Tudor customs, monarchy and day-to-day living. They were shown lots of interesting artefacts. After that, the children were taught how to use a knitting wheel and thoroughly enjoyed the challenge. Later, the children participated in Tudor-style games including tennis, football (using a rugby ball) and dancing.
