Year 3 Ancient Egyptian Day

Wow, what a brilliant Egyptian day we had in Year 3! We did a year group catwalk showing off our outfits, wrote our names in hieroglyphics on cartouches (this will protect us for eternity in the afterlife), explored artefacts from Poole Museum, tried Egyptian foods (figs, dates, bread with honey, garlic flatbread and lentils) and had a toilet roll mummification competition! Phew! Everyone looked amazing, thank you for all the support.
